While I was working as nurse (LPN), I was looking for some education credits. I sign up for Touch for Health Kinesiology class and started learning  about the body in whole new way. In 1991 -1992 I attended the local Massage School which and learned many more different techniques. IN 1994 I open my own massage practice and continue to learn many different modalities. After 30 years of doing massage my practice has taken a another turn to doing only energy therapies ( Healing Touch and Reiki). I completed my first Reiki class in 2000 and became a Reiki Master in 2007. I had my fist Healing Touch class in 1999 and became a Healing Touch Practitioner in 2013.   I feel that everyone can benefit from energy therapies, in person as well as distance sessions. Energy therapy a complementary therapy to health for all ages and conditions. I feel the energy therapies are the missing link in keeping the whole self healthy - body, mind, emotional self, soul and spiritual self.
